Classic Chili
Classic Gluten Free Chili with sweet tomatoes, earthy pinto beans and a mild kick.
Good afternoon my fellow Gluten-Free Fam! Today I decided to make my homemade gluten free chili. I slow cook it on the stove top but you could do this in a crockpot if you really wanted to. I love the smokiness of the chili powder, the kick of the cayenne pepper and, my favorite, the toppings! Speaking of toppings, I know some of you may be missing crackers or even macaroni to eat with this. I have listed a few options at the bottom for you to take a look at. Personally I love tortilla chips with this! It’s almost like having chili cheese nachos! Yum!

1 Onion, Diced
6 cloves of Garlic, minced

Remove the excess grease from the pot.
Add in the chili powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper & your can of tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add in your ro-tel and beans. Fill up each can with water and pour into the pot.
